Aquarius, Artist, Concept Designer, raised a level-headed West-Fries, fond of animals, cooking and family. That's me in a few words. I've allways been interested in creating. Making things from scratch; I love it. But drawing came naturally (unlike music for example, or cooking; allthough today I can put some tasty food on the table;) so I 've been working on my drawing and painting skills since...forever.

My love for illustrating and my digital skills were triggered through work. I kind of accidentily got in touch with the
world of children's illustration and loved it! It was a small step from the drawing I had allways done anyway!

I've been illustrating for Noordhof Uitgevers B.V. Jop & Zo, Sun Decorations B.V. en Duif Schilderwerken.

I've studied Art & Cultural Sciences at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Graphic Design at the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam.
